I just had my 12 week ultrasound a couple of days ago and just received a phone call from.the doctors office saying they wanted to discuss the results.. now I already have an appointment with him beginning of February , and iv also heard that the doctors dont really contact you unless its something wrong...
Should I be concerned?

Your NT measurement probably came back higher risk, so they'll want to offer you further screening. It doesn't necessarily mean anything, if that's the case.

I think every office is different but I was told that if everything was normal they’d send me a letter and if it wasn’t they’d call me. Hoping it’s nothing. 💕

My office calls back regardless of the results being positive or negative. They will not leave a message that says the results and they ask me to call them back if I don't pick up. Hoping for the best 🤞

I don’t want to sugar coat this: it probably isn’t good news. That doesn’t mean that there’s for sure something bad, but they’re not calling you to say everything was good. Don’t let that freak you out completely because if they’re not booking you right away it probably isn’t too bad, but still. I’m sorry hun ☹️
