Brown spotting

Has anyone had brown spotting and things turn out ok? I have been having dark brown spotting since Sunday night so 4 days now. It is not a lot but it’s there when I wipe. When can I expect it to pick up? I believe I am miscarrying but my doctor won’t see me since it’s not heavy and I don’t have an appointment for 3 weeks. I don’t know if I can wait that long to figure out what is going on. Thanks!
