5 days late and still no period

I am currently 5 going on 6 days late and I still don’t have a period. I had a miscarriage 2 months again and my hcg is gone and I have no period at all. I am having some of my old pregnancy symptoms but when I test it was negative so I don’t know honestly. My nipples been so itchy lately😩
