Really Confused. Need advice/help

I've been trying to conceive for 2 months now. My symptoms right now are confusing me. I didnt do a ovulation test but glow said i ovulated 3 days ago and I had intercourse everyday since 28th august. I keep getting cramps on and off. My breats have tiny white lumps on the nipples and if I squeeze them white stuff comes out like when you pop a spot also Droplets of clear liquid came out my nipples yesterday and today.

Are these early signs of pregnancy or haven't I ovulated yet?
