Multiple partners

Having unprotected sex with two men because I can’t choose!!! It’s so confusing and I know it’s wrong I’m just so deep in idk what else to do... they both want to be with me and love me too much to just be friends, and they both know about eachother and want me to pick.. I feel pressured in making the right decision because they’re both great guys. I’ve been talking to both of them for 10 years which makes it even harder to choose!!! This is serious and it’s becoming a dangerous game that I’m not trying to play. Someone help please?!
