Pregnancy or PMS or Imbalanced Hormones?

In early January I tried taking birth control, by the fourth pill I stoped. The next week I had my withdrawal bleed.

We haven’t had vaginal sex but anal a few times. I do believe I ovulated this month - however, he slipped his penis in the wrong hole the last time, estimating though I had already ovulated four days earlier; today my breasts are very sore and tender, not heavy though. I have some mild acne and hair thinning, mood swings and headaches. I tested last week and negative.
