Please tell me you ladies see it.

I have been trying to conceive for over 2 years now. I recently was diagnosed with PCOS in early August due to my irregular periods and not know when I was ovulating, because I never got the clear egg white cervical mucus, only the creamy watered down lotion kind. Last month my husband and I decided that we were going to have sex every day twice a day, I guess it paid off. The line is faint bit this is my second test and same results.
