Yeas infection sores

I thought I had a uti, went to the doctor they said I had one with their test but they sent it out and it came back negative. I looked down there and seen bumps, freaked out about herpes. The only person I’ve had sex with in the past 8 months was just tested negative for everything. Just read on google that there are such things as yeast infection sores. I am going to the doctor, but if anyone has dealt with this it would be great to know what worked to help the pain
