Someone tell me I’m being stupid please

I had unprotected sex four months ago with a rando (stupid I know, moving on) and all my periods have been on time so I KNOW I’m not pregnant logically but my dumbass brain keeps going “lol but what if you’re like those girls on ‘I didn’t know I was pregnant’?”

I’ve gotten myself so worked up over this for nothing and I give myself like stress cramps for no reason, it’s dumb. I hate overthinking wow
