Baby shower ???

So this is my third pregnancy my first is now 10 my second is 2 which I had a shower for and now I’m 15 weeks with baby #3 . I have two girls and hoping this one will be my boy. I choose everything to be neutral colors because I know we would have another one soon after so we don’t need big articles. Is it over kill to have a shower if it’s a boy ? I just want to celebrate my baby especially if it is a boy and gifts our optional but clothes would help. What do you think? I’m due in July so I wouldn’t spend money on a location we would do it in our back yard.
