What is wrong with me?

I was wondering if anyone was able to help me, because I have been having a lot of discomfort and soreness in my vaginal area. At first I thought it was thrush because it was something that I had before A.k.a. cloudy discharge and a little itching. So I had taken fluconazole, which has seemed to help with the discharge clearing up and the itching. But when I am going to the toilet, it actually stings a little bit. Obviously I have had a look down there with the mirror and everything; but it actually looks like my urethra is a bit inflamed and sore.

So what does this mean?
