Awkward weird question

Okay ladies I’m about 4 weeks pregnant maybe more. Toon soon to tell..... i don’t know if I’m the only one who has this but it’s freaking me out. You know that feeling right before you start your period and your getting aroused by your partner and you cramp when your getting turned on?! Well I’ve been getting that even while pregnant. I also get cramps here and there. It’s making me scared to have sex with my husband i hate this feeling. Because when i get turned on i start to cramp.
