Period

Back in December I visited my Ob telling her that in October my period became irregular they are usually on time I started spotting then a week late the next month came 3 days early December’s came a week late and I am 7 days late now according to my app, I have been feeling nauseous these past two days but it may be the abscess tooth I have causing the nausea due to infection but not sure should I test I keep testing my ovulation as well and the first of January I had very low lh which according to my app says I ovulated the 2 ???? What is wrong with my body???
