I need to vent🤧

I HATE MY JOB!

I work in a call center and it's becoming so draining to my mind, body and soul. People are being promoted due to favoritism or kissing ass of which I WILL NOT DO!

I have severe social anxiety and working here definitely makes it worse on me. I literally forced myself to go in today. I've interviewed for other positions within the company and didn't get a offer AND I've applied to other jobs outside the company and so far only 1 in person interview that I didn't get🤧

I FEEL FUCKED AND STUCK!

I swear I hate working there😭
