Can’t get pregnant

I got my period again today 😔 exactly a year ago I went through a very complicated and difficult miscarriage, then I lost twins in July and I haven’t been able to get pregnant since. We’ve been tying without “trying” if you know what I mean. I quit taking conception supplements, and tracking and just trying to let it happen but it’s taking so long I don’t understand. I’m young and healthy so I don’t know what’s wrong with me 😭 I just need some support right now ladies.
