Miscarriage on my birthday

It’s my birthday. I’m in the midst of a miscarriage and it sucks. I was only 4 weeks 5 days so it’s a chemical pregnancy but the bleeding and cramping is just as bad as my 9 week miscarriage I had in October.

I have a healthy 3 year old in which we conceived on our very first try. I had a great pregnancy. I could have never predicted things would go this way TTC our second. I’m looking for some words of encouragement and success stories after 2 or more miscarriages in a row. Seeing my doc on Wednesday and hopefully she will start some blood work to find out what is going on. Happy birthday to me 😢
