Prolactin level

My RE did blood work on CD3 yesterday everything came back good except the nurse called and said my prolactin level was 31, she said they want to recheck it when we do the progesterone on CD21 but to be fasting... I just realized after I got off the phone with her that I was already fasting when I had this done because I had no appetite yesterday morning. Has anyone been through this? What’s the outcome. I know 31 isn’t that bad but it’s still above the normal limit.
