I think I’m pregnant AGAIN??

Well my hormones has gotten the best of me and we did not wait the whole 6 weeks and we had sex like 2 1/2 weeks later I know it was soon but I literally was having dreams and thoughts. But my fiancé did not pull out it scared me so we didn’t have a sex for a while but then 2 weeks later we tried again but I been having crazy dreams I been nauseous craving sweets mostly cookies and soda plz tell me this is in my head or the hormones still in me btw my baby just turned 6 weeks old today my doc appt is on the 28th ladies I need answers!!!!
