Anyone have any tips on how to prevent oral thrush??

I’m a first time mom and my 2 month old has oral thrush and just started medication to get rid of it. Any moms have any tips on how to prevent her from getting it again once it’s cured?? Please help i hate seeing my baby like this😔

Daily oral care.  Wipe out her mouth with gauze wetted with sterile water.  Disinfect bottles and pacifiers more frequently (daily while fighting it, weekly otherwise).  If you’re breastfeeding, make sure you’re also treated and cut sugars from your diet.

If you have a stash of pumped milk in the freezer you may need to get rid of it because it can hold onto the thrush bacteria and reintroduce it after she has gotten better if she drinks some of that milk.

My baby had it and ud recommend the following:
If you breastfeed make sure you are treated too.
Wipe his mouth with a damp cloth after feeding.
Boil all of your bras, burp cloths, nipple pads, bibs etc.
