Pregnant but can’t get excited yet! 😓

So I apparently found out I was pregnant when I was like a minute pregnant! So I went and did blood work it was positive but number was at 7 then waited a few days and it was 45. My doc isn’t concerned bc he said I’m soooo early but put me on progesterone supplements. “You are pregnant your numbers are going up like they should” and he would see me in two weeks.. two weeks?! (This is a regular OB, I haven’t had to see a fertility doc). Now for the next week and half I have to sit back and wait! I take preg tests daily and the line is getting darker and darker. I told him my concern about the number being low and he said not to worry we just tested so early. I’ve read too many stories of people with low hcg numbers and it freaks me out. (This test was taken a several days after I found out bc it was so early) Can anyone share positive stories of finding out early?!
