Sore abdomen

Hey ladies. So this is my fourth pregnancy but the first two were early first trimester miscarriages at 5.5 and 8.5 weeks. My daughter was born January 2019 so she’s 1.

I’m 13w4d today and I’ve noticed the last week or so that my tummy where my uterus would be at this point is pretty sore to the touch sometimes. If my daughter is sitting on me or even if I lean against the counter doing dishes or something I have to reposition sometimes or it’s painful.

Is this normal to be sore to the touch like that? I go to the doctor in a week so I’ll mention it then. Baby has a good strong heartbeat so I’m not worried about baby necessarily.
