Not nursing 🧐😖

So my little girl hasn't been feeling good, but has been nursing like a champ throughout her illness, that is until today. She would nurse for like 2-3 minutes then not want to eat for 3 hours, if not more. I ended up giving her 2 bottles to make sure she got something. The first she only took an ounce before passing out and the second she downed 2.5oz ridiculously quick then spit up a bit. I don't have a ton of pumped milk so I rely heavily on nursing over the weekend. On top of being a bit worried (although she did have 4 wet diapers and 2 poopy ones), my boobs seem to be in constant pain. Legit I feel my letdown then 1-2 minutes later she's done. I'm hoping it's a 1 day thing, but could use some advice as to best handle this.
