Yes, only because I had this situation back when we first met and allowed us to save enough money to buy our own home and have a family.

I guess it depends. For me culturally it's normal for the son (oldest or youngest) to stay with their parents to take care of them. So it was never a deal breaker for me. My situation turned out different since I was an only child and my husband agrees to move in with me and my parents. It's a different dynamic for sure and it comes with its own challenges but living in Toronto we just can't afford to buy a house at this time.

Well I’d gave to say yes because I was still living at home at 25 saving and trying to figure out my life. I was with my partner for 3 years before I moved into his house with him.

I’m close with my siblings and my mom. We all grew really close because of the toxic situations our dad caused. I had a really hard time moving out because I’m so used to the commotion that having a household of 7 (and 3 dogs on top) brings and really missed my siblings.
Financial reasons aren’t the only reason someone still lived with family
