I don’t know

So I’m not completely sure. It say I’m about 7 weeks a 2 days. I missed my period this month which is super abnormal for me. Then for the last two week my breast have been hurting like crazy, honestly it’s the worst and for the last 6 days I’ve been having morning sickness. This will be my 3 pregnancy the last two ended in miscarriage. I did take a pregnancy test like two many three weeks ago that cake out negative but I know that it won’t show here because it didn’t in my last two so I need my blood tested like the others. The thing is mine in a period in my life where this isn’t the best time. Honestly my losing my mind. My husband and have were trynna to get pregnant and every time we did it ended in a miscarriage. So I though I wouldn’t be able to carry and cake to terms with that. Now I’m getting ready to leave for the military and this is not the time for god to decide that it’s time for us. I don’t know what to do I’ve been wanting this for so long and now when it’s actually coming true it’s the worst time in my career life.
