Is this a penis?

I’m second guessing that this could be the umbilical cord but I think it’s too low to be that, right? This ultrasound was taken at 12+3 but baby was measuring 13+3. The doctor said “congratulations, it’s a boy”. I would like to think they know what they are talking about but you never know. Our anatomy ultrasound is in three weekS but I thought I would see what you ladies thought.

This is the side profile, wouldn’t an umbilical cord be closer to the abdomen?
