3rd Miscarriage

I just found out I’ve had my 3rd missed miscarriage - I found out at my ultrasound because I had no symptoms. Should’ve been almost 9 weeks, but baby only measured about 6.5.

I chose to have a D&C with my first. I had minimal bleeding after and no pain.

I chose misoprostol for my second. I actually had no pain, but bled on and off for about a month and it took about 5 weeks for my hcg to return to zero.

I’m still having a really hard time deciding what I should do this time. I feel like I want to take the medicine and get it over with. The D&C was quick and easy, but I feel like even if the risks are low I don’t want to take any chances having a complication that will make it even harder for me to have a baby.

Anybody else have such a hard time deciding what to do even tho you’ve experienced this already?
