Heating up breastmilk
I’m visiting the office where I work tomorrow to show off my baby and I want to give her a bottle rather than get my boobs out at work 🙈 can I heat up the bottle at home and keep it in an insulated pouch for 2-3 hours or should it be used within an hour after heating it up?
