Pumping

Soooo my LO is 3 weeks old almost 4 weeks and EBF. I want to start pumping so she can have a bottle a day. I pumped for 3 weeks with my first but I never stored breastmilk. I always kept one pump ahead and just pumped right after a feed and then gave it to her the next feed.

So my question is how do I go about storing breastmilk? Like how many oz per bag, like enough for one bottle ? Do I pull out a freezer bag each day for use later in the evening? How do you thaw your breast milk?

I feel so dumb for not knowing basics of pumping and storing milk
