FSH test missed

I'm a little disappointed.

My hospital didn't tell me I needed to schedule my FSH test for day three of my period.

I called them day one to schedule my saline ultrasound, but didn't realize the FSH test had to be a specific day, I thought it could be anytime.

Tonight I realized my mistake and just a little upset they didn't reiterate it had to be a specific day or remind me when I called to schedule the ultrasound. I also realized I didn't have a baseline ultrasound either. I really wish they would have stressed these two things needing to be specific days.

Do you think this will set us back an entire month now to start our IVF drugs?

Calling in the morning but if anyone has insight that would be great!
