What do I do about my weight?

I’m 18 and exercise for 2-2.5 hours a day hard (until I’m red-faced and gasping). I weigh 155 lbs, up 25 lbs from 2 years ago. I usually eat a healthy hamburger for lunch and sometimes fruit and veggies stuff for dinner... I know I’m not eating enough :( I’m not anorexic or anything, I’ll eat cake if you give it to me, I just don’t feel like eating 90% of the time. My parents say that I’m simultaneously malnourished and overweight. I look at myself and don’t think I’m fat, but I know my BMI is high. I just don’t know what to do...
