Ovitrelle - BFP or not

Looking for some advice.

I took a trigger shot (250 of ovitrelle) on the 17th Jan, had my

Iui on the 18th, then I had another 8 clicks of ovitrelle on the 24th to aid implantation. The doctor never said anything about the ovitrelle effecting a pregnancy test results but I have read online that it can, does anyone know if this is true or not? I took a very cheap pregnancy test strip on the 26th - negative... Another cheap test again this morning(27th) still negative. I was getting a lot of symptoms, like nausea, bloating, vivid dreams etc so decided to do another test this morning but this time I used the first respond 6 days early test and got a positive... Would this still be the ovitrelle or could I actually be pregnant (obviously hoping for the latter)

Af due 31st and have an appointment for bloods on the 3rd
