Should I be concerned about these symptoms? (A little TMI)

Im a FTM!!

I’m currently 33 weeks exactly and I went in for a NST (non-stress test) last week due to really bad dull backache and my son wasn’t really moving around, not that I could feel anyways. They said everything looked fine and that I should keep an eye out for contractions or other signs of labor like they tell most moms at this point. I have pretty constant Braxton Hicks contractions and what not so I’m pretty used to that.

But I’ve had really bad dull low backache again and I’ve started having some almost period like cramping the past two days that concerned me. TMI my discharge has become a little more watery and milky looking as well.

I’ve had a gut feeling my son is going to be born a few weeks early and my gut hasn’t proven me wrong since the start of my pregnancy, but I don’t know if this is grounds for an OB call or if it’s normal near the end of pregnancy things?!
