i had a still birth of triplets a month go will be tomorrow and i’ve already had stopped bleeding and started back having unprotected sex, yesterday i noticed i was bleeding again no pain just feels like i have butterflies in my stomach, could it be my period i’m bleeding a little like it’ll stop and all. what could this be
