Anyone else dealing with constant headaches??

I’m trying to stay away from Tylenol but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to make it through work with a headache all day again.

I suffer from cluster headaches and migraines n I'm 12 weeks pregnant I can't take my regular meds n tylenol doesn't help.(theses help sometimes)  I use a heating pad on my neck or neck massager (some chair massagers come with heat those are awesome) and sunglasses.

Seconding the coffee- it was my OBs recommendation with my first pregnancy! A small cup in the morning and a small cup in the afternoon kept most of my headaches away. Or black tea! Also lots of water and small meals or snacks every 2-3 hours 👍🏻

have you tried a little bit of caffeine? i has awful headaches with my daughter but i completely cut out caffeine with her and was apparently going through withdrawals. at 11ish weeks i introduces caffeine back (under 200mg) and felt better within hours.

Steamy shower to clear sinus. Drinking ice cold water as often as I can remember. Heating pad on my shoulders too & napping in a dark room.

Yes!! Occasionally I’ll nap with an ice pack. I’m 10 weeks tomorrow and while I’m still getting them I don’t think they’re lasting as long and as intense.

I get headaches but it’s because of caffeine I try to cut it off and my headaches are horrible so I drink a cup of coffee 6 ounces and it helps so much. But that’s all the caffeine I have a day

For those trying to coffee trick, I don’t drink caffeine and I haven’t for 4 years now. I’m really trying to stay away from any caffeine but my headaches are getting worse
