Fibroid - anyone else have one?

Damn thing has been bugging me and I’m not sure when I’m suppose to worry about it. They did a scan at 7 weeks but not having another one tell 20 weeks and I’m worried it’s growing and will become a concern. 
Anyone else got one or have experience with one during pregnancy?

I have a 4cm Fundal Fibroid. Because it is on the top of uterus it doesn't add much risk. My doctor did discuss there is a very small chance of hemorrhage, dystocia, and PTL. He said that I shouldn't worry about it based off where it's positioned I should be fine. He said the only real likely symptoms from it will be more painful and heavy periods if it doesn't resolve itself by the time my periods return. He said they can't do anything about them during pregnancy because the harm outweighs the risk at that point.

I have one at the top of uterus on the outside, last time it measured almost 5cm no one seems concerned about monitoring it so I am not worried about it! I'm sure it's fine x
