Told Dr. about period and now he thinks I’m pregnant 🙄

So today was supposed to be the day that I find out if I have PCOS or not... everything is normal... my labs from 2 weeks ago are normal and he’s confused as to how I’m not pregnant yet. So I told him about what I thought was my period and he confirmed that it wasn’t a period and ordered a pregnancy test ... ugh it’s things like this that gives me high hopes but ... I don’t think it will be 😩😩😩 cramps... spotting...and now a headache for two days now... yet everything is normal 🤦🏻‍♀️
