Can anybody relate to this?

Sorry this is kind of long but I’m hoping someone has some insight or can relate to this.

So I have PCOS, my periods have always been irregular. Since June they have been coming every month tho but usually starting like a week later than the last cycle.

So 11/21/19 was my LMP. According the the glow app I’d ovulate on 12/10/19. I had sex on the 8th and again on the 17th which immediately after I had very light pink streaks when I wiped that night and the next day at that was it. I thought maybe it was implantation bleeding(which I don’t recall having with my last 2 children) from the last time I had sex on the 8th or it was because the sex made me bleed but I would take pregnancy tests every couple days or so which were always coming up negative.

On 12/24/19 I started what I thought was my period because that was the expected date and it was only light brown, only when I wiped, it never required me to use any type of liner or tampon and never leaked onto anywhere. That lasted 5 days. Then I thought maybe that was early pregnancy spotting (which I never had at all with my last 2 children) so I tested again on 12/31/19 and it was negative.

Around 1/5/20 I’d have pressure or fullness feeling in my lower abdomen and frequent urination and I tested again 1/10/20 and it came back very faint positive, the next day it was a little darker and I tested again about 1/21/20 and it was super dark.

Today 1/28/20 I had my first ultrasound and according to my LMP I should be 9weeks and 5days. I only measured at 5weeks and only had a gestational sac and a yolk sac and she said she saw a super light flicker but couldn’t count it and said it could have been my own heartbeat or something. She said she this could be a very early pregnancy maybe I got pregnant later than I thought especially with my irregular cycle and pcos or unfortunately this pregnancy stopped developing if I truly am 9+5. She said to come back in 2 weeks and see if there was any progress and we’d go from there.

If that 5 days of light brown discharge I had was a weird light period 12/24/19–12/29/19 then that would make me exactly 5 weeks today 1/28/20 and the ultrasound would be correct and good. But I tested positive 1/10/20 and if it was a period on 12/24–12/29/19 I wouldnt have even ovulated that soon yet to get a positive at 1/10/20.

Idk my head is spinning. I’m praying to God that hopefully I truly am about 5 weeks and everything is good and will get better or something.

And if I God Forbid *knock on wood* had a missed miscarriage or baby stopped developing at 5 weeks, how long would it take to start signs of a miscarriage? That would be almost 5 weeks since it stopped growing and I’ve never had one spot of blood or any pain or any symptom of a upcoming miscarriage.

But has anyone experienced something like this with my similar background and what happened with your story?
