Fighting sleep... Need some advice.
I’m a FTM. My daughter is 17 weeks old and I feel like she is going through her four month sleep regression. Or maybe she’s just being picky. I’m not quite sure. Maybe both??
My husband switched to working nights shifts recently. Before his overnights shifts, he would be the one to mainly put her to bed. Now that he’s not here, she’s been fighting sleeping getting herself overly tired. II’m try to help her as best as I can, but nothing seems to be working. She doesn’t want to be held, eat, be in her swing or lay down at all.
She has been waking up about every two hours, and stays up for about an hour in between. I’m also 11weeks pregnant, so I’ve been getting overwhelmed with her fighting sleep and staying awake. My husband has given me his tips on how to help her, but they don’t seem to be working.
Is the not staying asleep, getting herself overly tired, constantly waking up all part of sleep regression? Or is she just getting mad that her dad isn’t here the put her to bed?
