Pain after sex occasionally

Hey, wondering if anyone has the same experience!

I notice sometimes when the sex is spontaneous (not much build up) or super rough, the opening of my “vageen” is sore and it kind of hurts to pee right after

It’s pretty painful for about an hour, and then decreases throughout the day. But if I don’t wait to have sex for a day or two after it will be pretty painful during. Like a cut is being touched. Any advice?
