Help freaking out!!! Is it my Copper IUD

So I had a copper iud inserted in me a week and a day ago. The first 2 days or so I had discharge like blood and brown. Then it just stopped. I had sex about 2 and a half days after with protection. Now 2 days ago I thought I was getting my period since I bled also with some brown discharge. But my period doesn’t come until like next Monday. So I was surprised. Still thought I was on my period, mean I got cramps my back ached. But then my pad just kept getting mostly brown watery discharge with a bit of like pink red blood surrounding it. And now idk if it’s just because I recently had iud inserted and the brown discharge is old blood that’s slowly being released or, and I went in a bad internet tangent, I’m pregnant or have PID.
