17 week sonogram question

I cant seem to figure out why my baby's leg looks like it's connected to its face. I know it's not, baby was moving around alot, but I can't figure out what is going on here. Lol. Or what that little white blob is where I have a question mark pointed at. I didn't notice how strange it looked till I left the doctors. Go figure. Lol.

I know we're not all doctors here, but can anyone maybe help me figure it out? Lol.
