Dehydration - hospital or drs office

Kat

I’m 32 weeks.

Since 20 weeks I have been having severe vomiting (anything, including water, that goes into my mouth comes up)

I missed my 24 week appointment but at week 28 had one and she said I was dehydrated and gave me IV fluids, checked amniotic fluid and also put me on Zofran.

The Zofran helped out for the most part but made me extremely constipated. I stopped taking it about a week ago and of course the vomiting started back up.

Starting yesterday I have been so weak, I feel like passing out when I’m standing or sitting up. I’ve had an awful headache so bad that even laying down with my eyes closed the room still spins.

I have been trying to call my doctors office since yesterday and I keep getting hung up on.

I have an appointment for 32 weeks check up on Monday.

Would you go ahead to hospital?

Has anyone been to the hospital for dehydration in pregnancy? Do they just run an IV?
