Intense uterus pain please help :(

I am 17 weeks and yesterday I had a check up with my OB. She used the Doppler to listen to heart rate which sounded great and she was moving around. But last night was the worst night sleep yet, and I woke up with AWFUL right side pain. Starting at my pelvis and going all the way up on the side to the top of where my uterus is now. I went to urgent care and they said I have no infection or blood in my urine, and that they think everything is fine but if it gets worse then I’ll need a catscan done for my appendix. But fhe pain is higher up.

Has anyone else experienced this? My stomach is just soooo so sore :( hurts to put pressure on it... feels like a large gas bubble in there. I’m want to curl up In a ball
