Back pain?

Idk if this is the right place to post this but before I had my son I was in a serious car accident and got a compressed tractor in my spine. Then after my son and a epidural my back got 10x worse. It’s now been 4 years, 5 years in Augs and the pain just keeps getting worse. When I went to my doctor and complained she ran no test. Just looked at my chart and said back pain isn’t in your chart and told me to take some ibuprofen. I didn’t know if an epidural could last this long or what else it could be. I’m in tears every day at work. Sitting or standing doesn’t help. I don’t know what’s wrong...
