2nd pregnancy, does ppd ppa come back?
With my first daughter I had horrible postpartum anxiety and depression. This is my first pregnancy after her and I’m barely 6 weeks but I’m terrified of it returning as bad as the first time. I feel my anxiety coming back already.. Did it return with anyone? Was it easier since you had experience with it already?
