Washing pumping gear
How often do you wash and sterilise your pumping gear?
I was only pumping every now and then so I would wash with warm water and sterilise after every time. But I’m trying to build my supply for storage and I’m not sure when to pump, for how long and if I need to sterilise after each pump?
