Painful cramping

Pls help !! I’m in so much pain and I’ve googled a lot and have no clue !

For about two weeks now I’ve not been feeling the best.

I’ve had stomach cramps which are frequent and happen in spasms, and I get an ache beneath my ribs which usually makes me freeze in pain.

my bowel movements have changed and I feel like I need to go often and my stomach aches before I do. It’s usually Diarrhea when I do go too.

Can anyone help?

I’m definitely not pregnant (virgin) and It occurred whilst I wasn’t on my period. It’s becoming an issue but the doctors appointments are a nightmare :’( pls offer any advice, it’s all appreciated!
