19 weeks but belly still soft

Hi guys, this is my second pregnancy, my little girl is 3, so it’s been a while since I was last pregnant.

I’m getting slightly concerned, my stomach is still soft and like jelly(never went back after first pregnancy)

I’m not sure if I have felt any kicks or flutters the last couple of weeks. I have been really poorly so I’ve been more focused on that than feeling baby.

I called the midwife antenatal and they said that they only can help after 24 weeks. Or I go to a&e and go to early bird which is for early pregnancy.

I’m really not sure what to do, I have my scan on Friday
