Orgasms

I've never been with a guy, I've always gotten myself off. When you start having sex with someone else do you sometimes get frustrated that they're doing it wrong and it's just not satisfying at all? That's my main worry with sex. I'm sixteen and along with studying European history and bonding theories I'm worried about my orgasms, strange I know. But I'm wondering does it get better or worse?
