I’m only about 5 weeks along and spotting light pink blood when I wipe, is this normal?

I never spotted with my first and I’m worried and am still waiting for a call back for my first appointment 😭

I had light pink spotting at 6 weeks. Everything was fine. My OB told me later that it was probably implantation bleeding

Also Im confused can you have implantation bleeding after your bfp?

Bleeding during pregnancy is never considered normal but can be very common. I wouldn't worry too much but I would always contact your Ob/Dr/Midwife and inform them. They will probably tell you to sit down with your feet up and rest.

Spotting is very normal during pregnancy as long as it doesn’t darken in color followed by cramps.
